A friendly and supportive Ofsted-rated Good primary school is looking for a dedicated Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent for the right Teaching Assistant. The role:
- Providing tailored support to SEN pupils, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional wellbeing in the classroom
- Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Helping to create a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
