We’ve got a brilliant opportunity for a Secondary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school, starting as soon as possible. This is a long-term position with consistency, routine and the chance to go permanent for the right person. Perfect if you’re looking for stability and a school where you can really settle in.
The role
You’ll be supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4, working closely with teachers to keep lessons running smoothly and students engaged. Some support may be one-to-one or in small groups, especially for pupils who need a bit of extra encouragement to stay on track. No two days are the same, but you’ll be part of a team that looks out for each other and values what support staff bring to the classroom.
