We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Manager & Nominated Individual to lead our nursery in West Bromwich. This is an immediate start role for a professional with strong management and Ofsted experience, ready to make an impact from day one.
The Role:
- Lead and manage the nursery, currently with 2 staff and 25 children, with growth potential up to 75 pupils and corresponding staff expansion.
- Ensure compliance with EYFS standards and Ofsted requirements.
- Act as the Nominated Individual, responsible for safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and overall nursery governance.
- Support staff development, training, and performance management.
- Drive high-quality early years education and care in a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' management experience within an early years setting.
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above.
- Proven EYFS experience and a strong understanding of early years development.
- Previous experience as a Nominated Individual or Ofsted management exposure preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
