A friendly and supportive primary school is looking for a Level 3 SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team for two days per week, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing calm, consistent support and wants a role that fits around other commitments.

The role

  • Supporting pupils with SEN, both 1:1 and in small groups
  • Helping children access learning and feel confident in the classroom
  • Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment

What we’re looking for

  • NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Supporting Teaching and Learning — This qualification is essential. Applications without it cannot be considered.
  • Experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting
  • A calm, patient, and positive approach
