Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting Behaviour Support Workers to join specialist education settings supporting children and young people with SEMH, Autism and additional learning needs. Experience in education or care settings is valued, with a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
You will work alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral teams to deliver 1:1 mentoring and classroom support, reinforce positive relationships, monitor emotional wellbeing, assist with behaviour.
