Contract: Full-Time (Temp to Perm) | Hours: Monday to Friday

We’re looking for a brilliant Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Harrogate. If you’ve got experience supporting children with behavioural needs and love being the steady hand in a busy classroom, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing

Setting up and tidying classrooms to keep learning spaces safe and calm

Supporting teachers with lesson prep and learning materials

Helping children stay focused, engaged, and on track

Keeping an eye on behaviour and encouraging positive routines

Joining in on activities, school outings, and group learning

Working closely with the teacher to track pupil progress

Creating a warm, safe, and inclusive space for learning
