We’re looking for a brilliant Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Harrogate. If you’ve got experience supporting children with behavioural needs and love being the steady hand in a busy classroom, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Setting up and tidying classrooms to keep learning spaces safe and calm

  • Supporting teachers with lesson prep and learning materials

  • Helping children stay focused, engaged, and on track

  • Keeping an eye on behaviour and encouraging positive routines

  • Joining in on activities, school outings, and group learning

  • Working closely with the teacher to track pupil progress

  • Creating a warm, safe, and inclusive space for learning
