We’re on the lookout for a Behaviour Support Practitioner to support pupils with everyday learning and tasks. If you're someone who is calm under pressure and offers the patient and consistency to help young people thrive, then this could be the perfect job for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working 1:1 with pupils, supporting behavioural and emotional needs
  • Working alongside teachers and staff to implement behaviour strategies
  • Leading small group activities
  • Helping pupils engage with learning
  • Support pupils to feel safe and understood
