Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a confident and caring Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who need extra help to thrive in school.

You will work one-to-one and in small groups to build confidence, develop positive behaviours, and help students get the most from their learning.

Collaborating with teachers and SEND staff, you will promote emotional regulation and maintain a calm, supportive environment, enabling every child to succeed in suitable settings.
