The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist teachers with lessons and learning activities
- Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Support children with additional learning needs where required
We're Looking For

- Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants
- Support Workers and Care Assistants
- Youth Workers
- Sports Coaches
- Psychology, Education and Criminology Graduates
- Individuals with experience working with children or young people
To be successful, you will have:
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and resilience
- A passion for supporting children and young people
- Previous experience working with children is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
