Teaching Assistant (TA)

BA11 Area Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available

Are you passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the BA11 area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have experience working with children, whether in education, care, youth work, coaching, or a similar setting. You will play a key role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils with their learning and development.
  • Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support where required.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting student confidence.
  • Assisting with classroom preparation and daily activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children or young people.
  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
  • Experience within education is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
