We're looking for energetic, resilient and positive Sports Mentors to support pupils in schools across Bath.

If you've worked in coaching, sports development, personal training, youth work or mentoring, this could be the perfect next step.

Not every lesson happens on a football pitch or in a sports hall.

Sometimes, the biggest wins come from helping a young person build confidence, manage their emotions and stay engaged in learning.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom
  • Using sport and physical activity to build confidence and engagement
  • Helping pupils develop positive relationships and social skills
  • Supporting children with SEND, SEMH and behavioural needs
  • Acting as a positive role model throughout the school day
  • Encouraging participation, resilience and self-belief
