You’ll be in the classroom from day one, learning what teaching really looks like, with the support to grow your confidence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with additional needs in class and in small groups
- Helping with behaviour, routines, and engagement
- Learning practical strategies from experienced teachers and SEN staff
- Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
