We’re on the lookout for full-time SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across a variety of educational settings. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils to access learning by adapting activities, breaking tasks into manageable steps, and offering tailored support that suits individual needs.
- Helping pupils with behaviour and emotional regulation using positive behaviour strategies and creating a calm, safe learning environment.
- Providing 1:1 support for students who need extra guidance, building trusted relationships and encouraging progress both academically and emotionally.
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to make sure every pupil gets consistent, joined-up support.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND is desirable, including autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties.

- A calm, patient, and compassionate approach, especially when supporting pupils who may find learning or behaviour challenging.
