We are currently recruiting SEN and SEMH Teaching Assistants to work in specialist and mainstream schools across Bath. The Role
As an SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Help students overcome barriers to learning
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
- Promote engagement, confidence, and independence
- Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support
Ideal Candidates

- Psychology, Criminology, and Education Graduates
- Individuals with experience supporting children, young people, or vulnerable adults

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
