Protocol Education is recruiting a compassionate SEMH Learning Support Assistant to work in a specialist school in Bath. You will provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEMH needs, helping them engage with learning and build emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence.

You will collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff, deliver a safe, structured environment, and take advantage of weekly PAYE pay, FREE Thrive training, and access to our CPD Academy to support your development.
