What you'll be doing:
- Teaching and supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
- Creating a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment
- Building strong relationships that help pupils feel safe, valued, and ready to learn
- Adapting lessons to meet individual needs and learning styles
- Working closely with support staff, therapists, and pastoral teams
