You'll work alongside experienced educators, therapists, and pastoral teams, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and build confidence in the classroom. What you'll be doing
- Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and other additional learning needs
- Building positive relationships that help children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn
- Delivering one‐to‐one and small group interventions
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral teams
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills

You'll gain experience across a variety of SEN and SEMH schools, giving you exposure to different settings, age groups, and specialist provisions. This could include:
- Autism specialist schools
- SEMH provisions
- Alternative provisions

- Holds a Psychology degree (or is due to graduate soon)
- Has a genuine interest in child development, mental health, or special educational needs
- Is patient, resilient, and empathetic
