We're looking for energetic, positive, and resilient individuals with a background in sports coaching, fitness, mentoring, youth work, or team leadership to join specialist SEN and SEMH schools as Learning Support Assistants.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils who need additional support to engage with learning and develop confidence in school.
Typical duties:- Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, and learning difficulties
- Using sports and physical activities to build engagement and positive relationships
- Encouraging teamwork, resilience, and self-belief
- Helping pupils regulate emotions and manage behaviour positively
- Working alongside teachers and specialist staff to support learning and wellbeing
