We're looking for compassionate, resilient graduates to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in schools across the local area. No two days are the same. One day you'll be helping a child build confidence in the classroom, the next you'll be celebrating a breakthrough that seemed impossible just a few weeks before. It's challenging, rewarding, and a brilliant way to gain hands-on experience that employers and postgraduate courses genuinely value.

- Have experience working with children or vulnerable adults, this could be through volunteering, coaching, mentoring or part-time work, although it's not essential
