Protocol Education Ltd in Bath is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school. You will provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND, including those with autism, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs, helping them access learning in a way that suits them.

You will work closely with teachers, the SENCO and wider staff to create an inclusive learning environment, encouraging independence, confidence, and celebrating every success.
