Supply Teachers to support a variety of primary schools across Basildon.

This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and are confident covering classes across both

Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 .

The Role

  • Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across KS1 and KS2.
  • Step into different school environments and adapt quickly.
  • Maintain positive classroom behaviour and support pupil engagement.
  • Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.
  • Confidence and willingness to cover both

KS1 and KS2 year groups .

  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • A flexible, positive, and professional approach.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
