Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for a fixed-term supply placement at a welcoming 2-form entry primary school in Basildon, Essex. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher looking to join a supportive school environment and make a positive impact within Key Stage 1.
The Role
- Teach a KS1 class within a well-established 2-form entry primary school
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, ensuring all children reach their potential
- Work collaboratively with year group partners and the wider school team
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1
- Strong classroom management skills
- A positive, proactive and adaptable approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
