Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time 1:1 SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Basildon from September.
This role supports a child with ASD, helping them access learning and build confidence within the classroom environment.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies, encourage engagement and positive learning behaviours, and foster a nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
