We’re working with welcoming schools across Barnsley who are keen to support education students and ECTs looking to work as Teaching Assistants or HLTAs alongside their degree. It’s a brilliant way to build confidence, sharpen your classroom skills, and earn while you learn.

  • Working alongside teachers to keep lessons running smoothly
  • Gaining real insight into behaviour management, SEND, and school life
  • Building experience that schools genuinely value when you qualify

Who we’re looking for:

  • Education students or ECTs currently studying towards QTS
  • Confident, reliable, and keen to get stuck in
  • Available at least 1 to 2 days per week during term time
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in teaching
