Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil with SEMH needs in a Barnsley primary school.

You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO, using de-escalation strategies to help the pupil regulate emotions, stay engaged, and build confidence.

This full-time, long-term role offers weekly PAYE pay, access to free CPD training, and ongoing support from a friendly local consultant.
