SEN Teaching Assistant – Make a Difference Every Day
Do you have a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are looking for a caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a nurturing and inclusive setting.
Your role will include:
- Providing 1:1 or small-group support
- Assisting pupils with learning, communication, and emotional regulation
- Working closely with teachers and SENCOs
- Helping pupils build confidence and independence
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or similar)
- Is patient, empathetic, and proactive
- Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
