Teaching Assistant – Banstead

Protocol Education is seeking a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in Banstead.
About the Role
- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
- Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation.
- Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN where required.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for supporting children's education and development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
