The role involves supporting students who require additional emotional, behavioural, or social support to access learning successfully. This position is ideal for someone with experience in pastoral care, SEMH support, youth work, or mentoring, who can provide consistency, empathy, and structure for young people across KS3–KS5.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group pastoral support
  • Support students with emotional regulation, behaviour, and attendance

  • Support reintegration, intervention programmes, and mentoring sessions

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working with young people in a pastoral, mentoring, or support role
