The Role

We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has recent experience teaching within KS1 or KS2
- Delivers engaging, creative, and well-planned lessons
- Creates a calm, purposeful, and inclusive learning environment
- Has excellent behaviour management skills and high expectations of all pupils
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Is committed to ensuring every child achieves their full potential
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge learners
- Create an inclusive classroom where every child feels valued and supported
- Work collaboratively with experienced teachers and supportive senior leaders
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- Play an active role in helping pupils make excellent academic and personal progress
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
