Protocol Education is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 support for pupils at a welcoming school in Southend-on-Sea.

This role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours and competitive rates dependant on experience, with ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and parents to support progression and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning.
