Protocol Education are seeking a Level 2 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Watford on a long-term basis after half term. You will support Nursery or Reception pupils, run targeted small-group interventions and help children develop through play, phonics, and early numeracy.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 2 TA or Early Years qualification, have EYFS experience and strong communication skills to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
