Protocol Education is seeking a motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming school in Hillingdon.
About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support the class teacher with engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support.
- Help create a positive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Encourage pupils' confidence, independence and participation.
- Support children with a range of learning needs, including SEN.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Reliable and committed to high standards.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
