Protocol Education is recruiting Cover Teachers for schools across Swindon and Wiltshire.

The Role
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and cover work.
- Maintain positive classroom routines and behaviour.
- Support pupil engagement and learning.
- Follow school policies and procedures.
- Adapt to different classes and year groups.
- Provide effective classroom supervision.
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Requirements
- UK QTS or relevant teaching qualification is desirable.
- Recent UK school experience.
- Strong classroom management.
- Confident and adaptable approach.
- Good communication and organisation.
- Reliable and professional.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
