Protocol Education Limited is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a Reception pupil in a specialist SEN setting in South Shields. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with potential for a permanent role.
The role requires patience, resilience, and the ability to manage challenging behaviours while helping the pupil access the school day, establish routines, and build confidence within the setting.
