Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - South Ockendon
Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? A welcoming primary school in South Ockendon is seeking a dedicated LSA to provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD in a long-term role.
The Role:
- Support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
- Promote engagement, confidence and independence
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous SEN/ASD support experience
- Patient, caring and proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to commit to a long-term position
