Are you an experienced HLTA or Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in Slough?
Protocol Education is currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Slough, Berkshire (SL2) who are looking for a confident and experienced HLTA to join their team.
This is a full-time, long-term position within a supportive school environment, with the opportunity to work across the school and provide high-quality support to pupils and teachers.
The Role
Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Slough, Berkshire (SL1)
Contract: Long-Term
Hours: Full-Time
Pay: Dependent on experience
We're Looking For an HLTA Who:
- Has HLTA status or strong experience working at HLTA level
- Has experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2
- Is confident delivering lessons and covering classes when required
- Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Can work independently while following school planning and guidance
- Creates engaging, inclusive and purposeful learning environments
- Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
