Part-Time Teaching Assistant
Location: Peterlee Area
Hours: 8:30am - 1:30pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Part-Time
We're looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support local schools across the Peterlee area on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for candidates seeking school-friendly hours whilst gaining valuable experience within education.
Duties Include
- Providing classroom support across a range of subjects
- Assisting students with learning activities
- Working alongside teachers and SEN staff
- Supporting positive behaviour and engagement
- Building strong relationships with pupils

- Able to adapt to different school environments
- Access to your own transport would be advantageous as work may be across multiple sites

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
