You will join the leadership team from January 2027 and work to improve outcomes for students with additional needs, developing inclusive practice and staff capability.
You will lead KS3–KS5 SEND, develop EHCPs and coordinate multi‑agency support, while driving a culture of high expectations and positive collaboration with families and professionals.
