We are currently recruiting Daily Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across a variety of mainstream primary schools.

Your Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language and Learning Difficulties
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Encouraging children's independence, confidence and engagement in lessons
- Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment
- Helping pupils manage routines, transitions and social interactions
- Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing throughout the school day
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with children or young people
- Experience within education, care, youth work, sports coaching or support work is highly desirable
- A positive, patient and resilient approach
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Ability to adapt quickly to new school environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
