Learning Support Assistant - Flexible

Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs but want work that fits around your lifestyle?

We are looking for flexible SEND Learning Support Assistants to work across primary settings in the BS11 area. You could be supporting children 1:1, in small groups or within the classroom, helping pupils feel confident, included and ready to learn.

The role:

• Choose the days you're available to work
• Support primary-aged pupils with a range of SEND
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support
• Help with learning, communication, emotional regulation and engagement
• Work alongside teachers and SEND teams to create a positive environment

We're looking for people who:

• Have experience supporting children or young people
• Are patient, positive and adaptable
• Can build strong relationships with pupils
• Ideally have SEND, education, care, youth work or similar experience

• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
