Protocol Education is recruiting Graduate Teaching Assistants to work in a school in North Durham , supporting pupils with behaviour, emotional wellbeing and additional needs.
You don't need years of experience. This role is about bringing your knowledge, personality and willingness to learn into a school environment.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll support pupils with:
- Learning and classroom activities
- Behaviour and emotional regulation
- Communication and social development
- Confidence and independence
- Positive relationships
- Engagement with education
- Individual barriers to learning
Depending on the school and pupils, you'll work 1:1, in small groups and alongside the class teacher .

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
