Early Years Teacher

We’re looking for a qualified Early Years Teacher in Darlington who knows that the best learning often happens through play, curiosity, and a little bit of organised chaos.

What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised Early Years teaching qualification
- Level 2, 3, or 4 Early Years qualification or a degree in Early Childhood Studies
- Experience working within Early Years or EYFS settings
- A DBS registered on the Update Service
- Someone warm, creative, and ready to make learning exciting every single day
What your role will involve:
- Delivering engaging EYFS lessons and activities
- Supporting children’s early development through play-based learning
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom environment
- Working closely with support staff and families
- Encouraging curiosity, confidence, and those all-important first milestones

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
