A welcoming North Bristol nursery is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to support children in a busy and engaging Early Years environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping children develop through play, exploration and real-life learning experiences. Based on the nursery's emphasis on child-initiated learning and partnership working with families.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children throughout the nursery day
- Leading and participating in creative indoor and outdoor activities
- Encouraging communication, confidence and independence
- Building warm, positive relationships with children
- Supporting children's emotional and social development
- Working alongside experienced Early Years practitioners and teachers
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in childcare, nurseries or schools
- Is naturally caring, patient and enthusiastic
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has a genuine passion for supporting young children
- Understands the importance of safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
