Protocol Education Limited is seeking an Attendance Officer for a supportive secondary school. You will monitor attendance and punctuality, working with students, families, teachers and safeguarding teams to remove barriers and raise engagement using a trauma-informed approach.
You will organise interventions, produce reports for Senior Leadership and Trustees, and represent the school at external meetings. A calm, empathetic communicator with strong data skills will fit well.
