Protocol Education is recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher for a highly regarded primary school in Borehamwood. This role would suit an experienced teacher or an ambitious ECT looking to develop their career within a supportive and inclusive environment.
You will play a key role in preparing pupils for the next stage of their education while delivering engaging, challenging and inspiring lessons that enable every child to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across Key Stage 2.
- Plan and adapt lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing targeted support where required.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
- Work effectively with teaching assistants, parents and senior leaders.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Strong curriculum knowledge and effective assessment practices.
- High expectations for attainment, behaviour and engagement.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment where all children can succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
