We're looking for a resilient and compassionate SEN Learning Partner to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a primary-aged pupil with additional and complex needs.
This isn't simply about sitting alongside a child in lessons. You'll help them communicate, regulate emotions, develop independence and successfully access school life.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous SEND experience
- Be calm and consistent when challenges arise
- Understand positive behaviour support
- Be comfortable adapting their approach day-to-day
- Build relationships without creating dependency
Perfect for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Support Worker or SEN professional looking for their next school-based role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
