What you\’ll do: Manage and grow accounts for multiple servicelines and customer locations. Build relationships and penetrate accounts by understanding customer\’s business and provide sales solutions Make key value proposition and identify customer bottle neck/objections Map product life cycle supply chains from source to end customer. Closely collaborate with the team to optimise customer solutions and grow account value. Result orientation on sales growth: proactively identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust pipeline Build and maintain relationships with customers and internally What it takes: Experience in B2B sales Able to resolve customer conflicts Organisational skills: effectively manage projects, programs and agreements to drive customer growth Presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written Engage in high-level conversations related to manufacturing and engineering. Familiar with Protolabs’ servicelines, understand the manufacturing product life cycle and how to connect customer needs with Protolabs’ capabilities in our full-service offering.
