On behalf of Protiviti, a leading global business consulting firm, I am seeking to engage an interim Operational Resilience Manager for a Financial Services organisation in the Midlands. Following a productive discussion with the client this morning, they require an interim professional to provide specialist support in Operational Resilience for a duration of 2-3 months. This is a hands-on execution role, requiring a proactive approach in managing both change initiatives and BAU activities.
Key areas of focus include:
- Driving the implementation of the Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring resilience requirements are effectively integrated into business functions.
- Managing impact tolerances, ensuring ongoing assessment of critical services against established benchmarks.
- Collaborating with IBS Owners and SMEs to map key dependencies across people, processes, technology, data, facilities, and third parties.
- Tracking and overseeing the delivery of resilience remediation initiatives, providing timely progress updates to senior stakeholders.
This interim assignment requires on-site presence in the Midlands at least two days per week, with no flexibility on this requirement due to essential face-to-face interactions across multiple business functions.
