What You Can Expect:

Seniors Consultants contribute by working with our clients as part of an engagement team with primary responsibility for direct supervision of Graduates and Consultants. Senior Consultants are core engagement team members who perform a variety of activities on projects which are assigned by engagement team leaders. Senior Consultants facilitate the execution of project work plans and accept responsibility for appropriate decision-making ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of our common methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of business transformation methodologies, target operating model design, organisational change and process improvement across multiple sectors.
  • Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings to gain an understanding of client business operations, strategic objectives, challenges, risks, gaps and inefficiencies across people, process, technology, data and governance.
  • Document current-state business processes, operating models and customer or employee journeys using appropriate process mapping and visualisation techniques.
  • Identify, analyse and communicate key business risks, operational inefficiencies, change impacts and transformation opportunities.
  • Evaluate, synthesise, organise and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to support business insights and decision-making.
  • Proactively identify and communicate innovative opportunities to simplify, standardise, optimise and automate business processes and ways of working.
  • Support the design and implementation of target operating models, transformation roadmaps and business change strategies across people, process, technology and governance.
  • Assist clients in managing organisational change, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption activities to support successful transformation outcomes.
  • Prepare high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, business cases, recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Execute project management, governance and programme administration activities to support successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders across a range of industries and business functions.
  • Support business development activities through proposal development, market research, client relationship management and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain and further develop knowledge of emerging business transformation trends, technologies and industry best practices through ongoing learning, development and professional certification.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?

  • Experience in a business change, transformation or operational improvement role within consulting or industry, with exposure to organisational change, process improvement, transformation delivery or programme management initiatives across multiple sectors.
  • Experience supporting the design and implementation of business transformation initiatives, such as operating model transformation, business process optimisation, organisational redesign, digital transformation, customer or employee experience improvement, change management and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Self-starter can operate independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Proven track record of using creative and logical problem-solving abilities to solve client / customer challenges.
  • Can demonstrate understanding of the management of the commercial, financial, and resourcing aspects of client projects.
  • Demonstration of commercial awareness.
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong mentoring and people development capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, client relationship and team building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates resilience and the ability to maintain professional demeanour under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 toolkit.

Our Workplace and Employment Process

Protiviti practices a hybrid working model, which is a combination of working in person with purpose and working remotely and is primarily dependent upon the needs of our client. The minimum requirement would be two days in the office or client site. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client, project, team, and other business factors. It can sometimes mean more of a full-time presence at our client. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local, or UK wide travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Remuneration and Benefits

Starting salaries are competitive and are based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the salary range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Employees are eligible for medical and dental insurance cover, life assurance, pension scheme and receive up to 25 days holiday per calendar year. Protiviti also recognises up to 10 paid holidays each calendar year and we have additional benefits as part of the Robert Half Enterprise.
