OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
Managersare responsible forserving clients and ensuring the successful execution of projects.
Managers develop lasting relationships with client personnel andseekto further these relationships through quality product delivery.
The manageris responsible forunderstanding their clients’ business anddemonstratingtechnical competence in their product group and industry.
Managers develop contacts with the business community and service as ambassadors of Protiviti in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the delivery and management of BPI engagements. Producing and overseeing work outputs to a high technical quality including but not limited to:
- Design and delivery of client workshops, focused on the gathering of business requirements.
- Thetranslation of business requirements tofunctionaltechnical requirementsfor use by our development teams.
- Design of automation solutionsforcomplexbusiness processes.
- Assistin the review ofproductsproduced by our teams, providing valuable insight andactionablefeedbackto ensurehigh qualitydeliverablesto our clients.
- Lead and manage projects, teams, skillsand service areas, developing commercial plans, managing projectfinancesand resourcing and engaging in a broad range of consulting activities.
- Play a key role in the development of BPIOperational Transformationopportunities by managing activity required to propose and bid for work.
- Further develop, with the Company’s support, the UKIntelligent Automationportfolio as well as personalexpertiseto differentiate yourself and Protiviti in the marketplace.
- Work across the UK solution teams to provide subject matterexpertiseand input into proposals and engagements.
- Manage Protiviti and client staff in line with our BPI practices for the successful delivery of client engagements.
- Assistwith the development of Protiviti thought leadership white papersand marketing materials with respect to BPI issues, with a specific emphasis onintelligent automation.
- Develop, with the Company’s support, existing or new areas of relevant specialism andexpertiseto differentiate yourself in the marketplace.
- Manage Protiviti and client staff in line with our BPI practices for the successful delivery of client engagements.
- Develop new relationships and work with the Managing Director/ Directors to enhance and run existing relationshipsin order tomaximize Protiviti’s coverage.
- Actively promote Protiviti and BPI services in the UK Market place to expand coverage.
- Liaise with other offices globally toleverageoff current contacts and to provide a considered and consistent approach to the market.
ESSENTIALSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience within in an automation, technology delivery or technology advisoryrelatedrole within consulting or industry.
- Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment.
- Ability toidentify automation opportunities as part of complex business processes.
- Ability to both gather business requirements and then convert those business requirements into tangible technical requirements.
- Experience of developing strong working relationships with both an internal and an external customer / client team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including the development of structured reportscontainingfindings and recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with any one of the following technologies
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) –UIPath, Blue Prism.
- Data Visualisation (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
- End user application development (Power Apps).
- Process Mining (Celonis).
- Python/SQL/C#development experience.
